Just for Seggie and anyone else who needs one

Lovely Sandi. Thank you.

Thank you Sandi :)

Some back to you

Thanks for my hugs.

Need it today as friend's husband has just been diagnosed with a tumour on his spine.  Another friend's son (in his forties and a paraplegic) just finished 5 weeks of radiation treatment for one on his tonsils.

Just hope this stays up long enough for Seggie to see it.

Seggie has been through this morning at 10.21am - she loved Gerry on the clothes line.

Gee !Sandi

That sure is a lot of bad news for one day better send you another dose

It is rotten Sandi. I know how you and Bob are feeling. Your friend's son has had his share hey.

This week my friend since we were 15 years of age, told me she has been diagnosed with oesophagus cancer and  after a colonoscopy another spot has showed up :(  but  waiting on diagnostic results of what that is.

Hugs help! and are looking on the positive side as you are.

I am having my very first colonoscopy next Thursday so have to just eat jelly and broth and drink the "not so nice stuff I am told "  Whatever we get or are told ,we just have to cope with don't we. Mine is just because I have never had one (fingers crossed).

Phyl :)

It is good fun If you like sh....ing through eye of a needle

Very good for loosing weight too.... should ask for a copy of the colonoscopy so you can show your friends pictures from down under.

Best to get top and bottom done at the same time - just one anaesthetic.

Seggie. Oh gee thanks, folks. Hugs back to you all too. Sending you a private, Phyl. Oh no, not an Army private. You have Zapot!  Let us not get like many in the world, all bitter and twisted. There has to be love, one way or the other!  I get mine from all of you and that will do me. Ta again.

SO glad you saw the lovely Post from Sandi, Seggie.

Always good to see you and know you are going o.k.

More hugs xx

Yes, been a bad year this year so I'm looking forward to next year.

Hope everything works out fine Phyl.  You're the 3rd one I know in the last few weeks who's had a colonoscopy.  Bob has to have them every 2 years as he gets polyps.  He's OK this year none showed up.

I've never had one either.

Going to have a free all body scan in February for checking bone density.

Did they take the polyps away Sandi. Maybe they inject them or laser.

A good idea for everyone to have bones checked.

They usually remove the polyps and send the biopsy for pathology.

Phyl just read about your colonoscopy. You'll be fine, the prep is worse that the  actual procedure. I had one a couple of years ago just to be on the safe side. Good luck.

Phyl I have them every 2 years personal and family history really nothing to the Colonoscopy you just go into twilight sleep so no real after affects. Just the bowel prep that is a drag, lots of worse things you have been thro then after all over sandwiches andr tea and on your way. Biopsy results a few days later if anything removed.

Thanks Viv. it is more the problem of the short open at the back gown and no knickers worries more than the procedure lol. o.k. at home but not in front of strangers. I know what a dill.

That's what gets me too Phyl crept in the hospital I go to they give everyone paper underpants think some might of complained. Afterwards we get a blanket while recovering in a chair.

Thanks folks.

I have bought the chicken and beef stock cubes and green and yellow jellies :) so day after tomorrow I do the deed of enjoying all that lol. The other stuff to drink will be the problem but it will be o.k. :( :(

Not sure if you will be able to hang up side down once it gets started working Phyl, when you gotta go, you gotta go QUICK.

lol. I agree Viv.

Awhile ago now, I was not feeling 100% but still got on my "upside down machine" and while hanging, became really faint and had a bad pain in the stomach (perhaps my appendix was acting up even then) and honestly could not get the machine to come up because of me being unwell, so there I was stuck head almost on the floor toes in the air, when for no real reason Peter came in the door so how lucky was I, as I could have been there for hours.
