Ok ok - I seriously gave great thought as to whether I would put this up for the 4th. Year on here - lol ....BUT .....oh what the heck - why not???
There is enough angst/serious/sad "Topics" on here that a little stupid bit of "rubbishy reality TV" will not go astray! Hopefully? lol

..... Abby was really great at putting pics. up - Robi cracked us all up with her "Blake the Flake" - (gravel mouth) comments - lol ...and lots of us just had "fun" with crazy remarks ..........- so hey - for those who may be interested ............... let's do it again!!!

..... oooops - forgot to say that the "Bachelor" is Ritchie from a past "Bachelorette" show - he was in the final two - but was dumped ..... so they brought him back for another 'go"! lol
LOL re your last sentence. I can't take to Bella at all, feel like telling her to get real and stop skidding the surface.
Monica and Mark appear to be feeling safe enough with each other to move into more emotionally intimate territory. Interesting, considering it is an experiment in matchmaking, that they both had identical coping strategies to avoid intimacy. Will be interesting to see if the apparent lack of 'difference' becomes a problem since initial attraction and later healthy challenge in relationship is often enhanced by complementary differences. There is always an interesting mix of 'sameness' and 'difference' in the attraction process between two people but with those two there appears to be little of the latter.
Nicole and Keller I don't think have much hope of making it work. The mother/child or teacher/student dynamic, there from the beginning, spells bad news for both of them and each would need to shift somewhat to make it work. They provide an opposing example re what I said about Monica and Mark because they appear to be attracted to their differences (the spontaneous inner child in Keller and the sensible, steady maturity in Nicole) and are beginning to enter conflict re the extremes (over-control versus under-control) in each case.
In summation on this very important topic: we have one couple attracted to their sameness but getting bored and pushing for more, one couple attracted to their difference and beginning to conflict and one couple acting out 'Sex in the City' and god knows where they are at.
... not much to say I guess as the two posts above have pretty much got it "sorted"! :-)
However - I was astounded that Keller chose to go out with his Navy friends and got drunk? Whilst Nicole was home? His apologies for all his 'stuff-ups" are running out! .........silly guy - she seems to be a really cool person - his "loss" maybe?
Monica and Mark - was amazed when I saw the photo of her Father - how alike they are - plus was smiling at all the changes of clothes these two had throughout the show - at least 5 - 6 ??? No one else did....?
Bella - what a revolting coffee coloured top (hate those "bandaged throat" tops!) she had on? Soooo dated ....and "no bra" which made it worse! I know we not meant to be commenting on their so called "style" but ....... ugh! Possibly what it appears to be "too good to be true"- between them - isn't?

lol - yes - I realised that as I hit "reply" - then had a power blackout with the storm - so couldn't change it!
Well - all over now! Surprised they all decided to "stay together" ......what I would have liked to see at the end was a quick update on their "relationships" i.e. ......... Two Months later: Bella and Michael are no longer together ......Nicole and Keller - split up the next week after filming finished ..... would have made a more interesting finale. :-)
Two more "Bachelor" episodes - tonight and tomorrow ..... (according to the ratings these two shows got the highest number....??) Lots of people actually do watch this "smulch"! lol lol ...
......... my friend bought a mag. today - she called me - lol - said "all the couples on M at FS were no longer together!" Michael apparently got a new "chickie babe" one week after leaving Bella! lol lol ....gotta do better then her surely??? Ahhhhhh funny stuff ............................
I thought last night's final episode was boring and questionable. It was like they all spoke for the cameras. Good to get your update Foxy and yes it would have been better to get an update at the end of the programme.
I think Nicole tried to save Keller humiliation at the end. He was so smitten and had her on a pedestal while she was more cautiously assessing his faults (as perceived by her). If my man went out and got drunk with mates I wouldn't be at all perturbed and telling him he shouldn't drink anymore but I would never accept him deriding women as sluts which Keller did to Bella at the dinner. I think that maybe Keller escaped a trap of his own making with someone he felt inferior to. He will possibly trap himself into the same scenario with another woman.
Wonder what caused the break between Michael and Bella? Would like to know more about that.
Surprised Monica and Mark didn't last. I too thought Mark looked like Monica's father and thought that might carry some subconscious weight. Mark's unwillingness to feel/express love was maybe a problem for Monica?
Looks like matchmaking by experts based on scientific and psychological principles does not work too well.....5 out of 5 failures is not a good outcome.
Have a read of this girls....the person spilling the beans is from the last series...not the current one.
I was also disappointed with the ending and found it pretty boring. Not all that surprised to hear the Keller and Nicole thing didn't work out and to be honest was starting to see Nicole almost as a cross between Mary Poppins and some sort of motherly martyr to the cause...Didn't see it as a healthy equal match and not surprised it fell apart.
Things did get a bit more real with Monica and Mark but still felt there was something a bit off...think it was a bit of the Keller thing happening with Mark as well i.e.a sort of putting the female on a pedestal. Actually found Mark more interesting when he was speaking directly to the cameras than when he was speaking to Monica. Think Monica seemed a bit more grounded or something - hard to put a finger on it but something didn't gel.
Bella continued to irritate in the extreme - personal opinion - throughout this final episode whilst Michael just looked in the main pretty p.ssed off....hilarious!! Actually would have liked to have witnessed Bella and Michael spending time with Michael's young son and quietly wondering how Bella's 'sex in the city' mindset would go with the child rearing.
Guess being in love 150% like Bella and Michael professed to be isn't all it's cracked up to be....possibly just another pair of sillies caught up in the heady but sadly shortlived mix of hormones and brain chemistry - Hilarious!!

.... lol - well if he does pick Nikki (and I think he probably will......) poor Alex is going to be heartbroken! Totally! After all he was the one "smitten" with her on the first meeting - and gave her the WHITE Rose on the first date! Which she has had throughout the entire series!
Olena - although very attractive - was only 23 yrs. old and a bit of an "air-head" IMO - never had much depth to her conversations and always said "cool" when she couldn't think of anything else to say! lol
All will be revealed tonight! ......I have to see it thru' now - after all of this .............
...there could still be the "shock ending" - many mags. (according to my friend who buys them) say it is Kiera they will bring back for the finale' ??? - can't see it myself - but- never say never ......... :-)

The 24-year-old single mum appeared to trip up while talking about the story that circulated earlier this week that she’d broken up with her disabled ex-boyfriend to go on the dating reality show.
When we asked what Richie had thought of the rumour, Alex said she had no idea.

Didn't watch but did read Alex won. Much preferred Nikki to be honest. But can only hope Alex's child is a bit more interesting than both Richie and Alex put together. But of course he picked the wrong one....
He wanted Olena but couldn't get her.
He preferred Nikki next but chose Alex.
In the end he 'settled' ...It happens - and feeling comfortable with someone has significant advantages and should not be under-estimated, just not seeing sparks flying.
However will be surprised if the Richie/Alex combo lasts any significant distance though given the manufactured, manipulated artificiality of the backdrop of their relationship to date....Testing a relationship against the backdrop of 'real life without the cameras rolling' may be a rude awakening.
As I've said before Richie's seems like a nice enough bloke but hell I found him bland in the extreme - bland face, bland hair, bland humour, bland fun, bland romance....Think that pain in the a.se Keira person was about the only thing that kept it interesting with poor ol' bland Richie scramblling to contain her obnoxiousness and keep up - found that kinda funny to watch at times.
But relief for all contestants would be escaping the hideousness and glitz of the Bachelor mansion.

They have been together 3 months to date and are taking up residence both in Perth and Melbourne - (6 monthly - so "blurb" says) ........wonder how that can work with a 5 year old child and schooling??? Plus the child's birth father and family/friends and 2-sets of grandparents in Melb. etc??

Also what I noticed was this: He put the ring on her "engagement' finger at the end - right - well - when she was hugging him at the very very end - the ring was on her "middle finger" of her right hand? Possibly done for "TV purposes" but strange I thought? Also in the big pic. in the paper today - NO rings of any sort on her fingers at all??

Drifting in and out of sleep whilst watching the latest version of 'Married at First Sight' and after being 'lip-locked at the hip' or thereabouts, and unable to keep their hands off each other and expressing how much they are 'in love' and talking about christening every room and think cupboards as well if I remember rightly - and quizzing others about their sex lives as though they are some sort of groovy sophisticated with-it 'sex' gurus - Bella now declares she wants them to live separately because she's afraid of being hurt. Hilarious!! Ya gotta laugh.
Sad thing about silly sausage Bella is she thinks 'Sex in the City' is real life!
