That is exactly the problem with this country - laughing at something, turning your back on it, and making believe it doesn't while it only gets worse - no matter how irrelevant it may first be. This is the apathetic mindset which will bring this country undone. "poorwomanme" may well be the person you made of yourself by turning a blind eye to your circumstances and not DOING something to better your life.

I thought that we elected Pollies to represent OUR will.  Do we really need a mob of do gooders to tell us what we like/don't like?  If somebody advertises with a gollywog & the populace don't like it, they won't buy it & they will stop buying & the ads will stop.  I am really curious as to why the athiests haven't objected to the sale of the Bible. (the biggest seller of fiction in the history of books)  We are told every day that women are more equal, in every way, than men.  So, will some wise do gooder please advise me as to why we still have seperate events for women & men, in every sport known to man/woman kind?  We are instructing children to study transgenders & gays etc, at school, BUT, we can't expose their brains to that awful rascist Enid Blyton.  I just looked up the word "mankind" in the Collins & Webster Dictionaries & it is in both.  Shouldn't they both be banned & removed from all schools & libraries? 

A golliwog from 7 Camp street sounds like a cynical joke. Not sure if it is a good or bad joke. Sounds like a point is being made against people who are anti golliwog and anti gay?
