lol lol lol - I have lived in my house for almost 11 years!!! I do not know my neighbours? But then we all live on 2/3rd acre blocks and are like "ships that pass in the nght" ......

..... we "nod/wave" if we pass in cars - other than that - we never see/talk to each other?

Whats the next "day"??? lol lol lol

How about a "Wanker" Day? Now that would be super cool? lol lol (can think of plenty) ....... lol lol lol

Who thinks of all these "weird" days??? lol

We know our neighbours and we're on 3/4 acre block, we chat, we have each others phone numbers if help is needed and we have a street Christmas party each year.... BUT we're not in each others pockets either.......works for us...lol

That works for me too Deanna, never been one for living in others pockets, I was still in touch with my neighbours for when I was a child and also 30+ years ago in Sydney too but never in their pockets

7 houses in our little court and we know the names of everyone and like Deanna we have phone numbers( of two of them) but we do not visit each other (apart from my immediate 85 year old neighbour who we keep an eye on).

If we needed help I know we would be assisted.
