Channel Seven News is under fire for its coverage of a quad bike accident that killed a 13-year-old girl earlier this month in Wollongong, New South Wales.

Molly Lord's mother, Linda Goldspink-Lord, put a statement on Seven News Sydney's Facebook page condemning the station for harassing her and her family on the day her daughter died.

Ms Goldspink-Lord also took issue with the broadcasting of footage taken from a helicopter of her grieving over her dead daughter's body.

The message accused the station of exploiting a private moment for the sake of an exclusive before Ms Goldspink-Lord has been able to tell her family. Full story Mother's statememt below

I agree with everyone here.  The reporters seem to not care about anything or anyone as long as they get their story to be the first on the scene.   My husband and I have often said how uncaring they are especially with the people who are suffering having either lost someone close to them or seen them badly injured.   I do agree that channel 7 is one of the worst though.

The two SEN's, SENsitivity and SENsationalising cannot co-exist. Sadly it's the latter that sells.
