Good idea. The the time has come that we harden up and pull the welcome mat in. Times arre changing and we have to change with them.

Agree - also of course Cory Bernadi same with new Australian Conservatives party.

His immigration policy  is good too - no welfare until paid income tax for a period of years. 

His policies are set by those over the years who have discussed all on his website.

So not from pollies viewpoint as of course same with Pauline - who has been well demonized by media and both major parties but still hanging in there - Cory too punished sent to NY for saying thin edge of the wedge same sex marriage when he didnt want to go forsaying could lead to man marrying sheep etc. 

And take Muslims.  

They live by Sharia Law first and foremost and can never put any law above it or become an apostate and subject to death.

Cant leave Islam either except by death so those who do spend rest of life in fear of assination.  

So think about this............

How then can they in all good conscious,  swear to obey our laws on being given the privilige of citizenship?

Cant is the answer.

So why are we giving them it when most only see the need when they want family membership to bring in relatives and extended families and have to be a citizen to apply. 

And that is also why so many single men arrived on boats.

Later all the family will be here - many here by now anyway as most now have citizenship.

So look for this too in next election. Who will do something to correct this too.

Beside the Citizenship issue

It is high time that immigration was slowed down until the poor infrrastrucure was resolved.

People have been saying this for years (amongst themselves) but you are called racist if you bring it up publicly.

Dick Smith...for years... has been calling for a halt until we have the infrastructure ...that is required. ,... in place.   We already have a public housing crisis Australia wide but politicians of all persuasions are reluctant to even discuss slowing/halting immigration.

It is time to do so!!

i cannot understand how they can justify the immigration,     where are they working,  ?  where are they living?    where do their kids go to school, ?     [being as how all our schools are overcrowed]    the immigration should never have got to this point,     THOUSANDS coming into the cities EVERY MONTH,      how are they supposed to survive,      

YEs and they say -- JOBS AND GROWTH --- who are the jobs going to?????  as there are many coming into the country
