Biscuit slice
Does anyone remember their Mum making this for them. I certainly do and we kids loved it. Did not get it that often as is very rich and you only need a small piece.
- 125 g copha melted
- 2 cup icing sugar
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 250 g milk coffee biscuits
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- STEP 1 Mix icing sugar, cocoa, egg and vanilla together in a bowl.
- STEP 2 Stir in hot copha and mix well.
- STEP 3 In a square or rectangular tin, place alternate layers of mixture and biscuits, beginning with the biscuits and ending with the mixture.
- STEP 4 Sprinkle top with coconut and stand in a cool place until set.
- STEP 5 Slice into fingers. Store in fridge.

Yes sure does look rich and a very small piece sure would do.
