Oh dear, what can you say !! One of my favourite shows ever.

Brilliant scripts, incredible script writers and such a brilliant cast, e.g. Series II: Rowan Atkinson, Edmund Blackadder; Tony Robinson, Baldrick; Stephen Fry, Lord Melchett; Hugh Laurie, Prince Ludwig and so many more over the four BBC series.

Ah yes I remember it well, although formerly I laughed harder - back then I could both hear and follow the jokes. Blackadder, the perfect twit to his Baldrick foil. Lawdy but haven't the poms got farce and satire down pat ? Melchett generally portrays the perfectly pompous pouffe to Hughs' Darling. Rule Brittania and god save the queens - somewhere over the rainbow, blue skies are - what !
