Death Penalty?
Liberal MP Bernie Finn is recommending the death penalty for drug suppliers in Australia , he says they should not breadth the same oxygen as us.
He has a point don't you think?
No political party will bring back the death penalty no matter how many people call for it.

I agree and also Muslim rapists / Terrorists / Bent police / Crooked polies / Child neglecters / Corrupt councilers and many other hidious criminals.
I also agree that the death penelty should be brought back in cases that are clear cut. With the DNA capabilities we have today it is pretty easy to be sure that the correct person is charged once caught.
I also think that sentences should be based on minimum rather than maximum as no judge ever gives maximum sentences regardless of the severity of the crime.
So for a murderer [less than 100% prove] they should get a minimum of 25 years plus the amount that the person they killed would have lived. i.e. 40 year old killed, average life expectancy would be, say 88 years, so killer gets 25 + 48 = 73 years non parole time spent in jail.
I also think that if someone is released from jail against police / expert advice and commits another crime then the victims family should be able to sue the parole board / judge who released the criminal.
There should only ever be one appeal after sentencing and it should not be able to be used to get a reduced sentence. It is ridiculous that crims can appeal numerous times wasting tax payers money while doing so.
