Practising dietitians Dr Anthony Villani, from the University of the Sunshine Coast, and Dr Evangeline Mantzioris, from the University of South Australia, are seeking your help with a research project.

They are researching the impact of types of foods and lifestyle choices on health and are specifically interested in understanding the relationship between the types of foods that older Australians eat, eating behaviours and physical and mental health.

They are looking for adults over the age of 60 to participate in an anonymous online survey. The survey takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete and participants go into a draw to win one of five $100 Visa gift cards.
