Can anyone else see the similarities of media PROGRESSION of Donald TRUMP to these HEADLINES which refer to Napoléon Bonaparte.

The following is a list of Paris newspaper headlines reporting the journey of Napoleon across France, on his return from exile on Elba, March 9 to March 22, 1815:

March 9 - THE ANTHROPOPHAGUS HAS QUITTED HIS DEN

March 10 - THE CORSICAN OGRE HAS LANDED AT CAPE JUAN

March 11 - THE TIGER HAS ARRIVED AT CAP

March 12 - THE MONSTER SLEPT AT GRENOBLE

March 13 - THE TYRANT HAS PASSED THOUGH LYONS

March 14 - THE USURPER IS DIRECTING HIS STEPS TOWARDS DIJON

March 18 - BONAPARTE IS ONLY SIXTY LEAGUES FROM THE CAPITAL

He has been fortunate enough to escape his pursuers

Although I would not suggest that Napoléon Bonaparte is in any way connected to Donald Trump.... I can see a very similar media progression happening, can't you! 

Now on to the SERIOUS stuff:

It is a brilliant piece by John PILGER and is also a bit frightening.... it is as I have always thought, if the USA can't control the world through financial blackmail, political interference and convential wars and war mongering, they will do it with nuclear weapons.

It is all too clear that the USA is deadly and is effectively the most dangerous country in the world because it appears that they are the ONLY country willing to wage a nuclear war.

As always, us PROLS, are kept in the dark and fed bulldust.  

We are at least lucky to be in Australia... too unimportant and nuclear free to worry about!!!!

I haven't read all the previous posts, so I hope I'm not repeating someone else's comments.

Some people say Trump is for the battlers, because of his populist rants.

I don't think he is, but many of the battlers think he is.

I believe that most of  the voters who actually turn up to vote for the president, will take a more serious attitude.

They will go for someone who is more stable, moderate, balanced and a thinker.

Let's hope so anyway.
