glucosamine/potassium sulphate complex

I found glucosamine actually made my arthritis worse and if I have foods high in potassium ,it to brings on an attack. Afresh carrot celery and apple juice every day ( i also put beetroot in mine)lots of fresh fruit and veg, what more could you want. A strong warning, mushrooms and potatoes are very very bad for arthritis sufferers. Go without for a few weeks then have a feed and you will see what I am talking about. Also check foods that have a high potassium content some are grapes prunes advocado plums. Also anything at all that has the preservative 211. By finding out what suits your body can save you a lot of pain and a lot of money from the chemist Good luck and good health

Just about anything in the nightshade family is bad for arthritis - they are usually recognised by the very small and white/yellow flowers. Tomatos also come into this category.
