Happy Fathers day to all the Dads .

Hears a glass of champagne to all those men who put on hold a life of wine women and song . To become responsible loving caring Dads .

Then for your children to find out in their late teens that really you are a boy that never grew up and they are the wise ones .

There is nothing to celebrate - like the world is overpopulated and you have added to the problem :)

Oh but Abbie, at least Pete and I are providing positive contributions. The things we had to give up for them, they can only imagine :)

Off to a ploughman s lunch . A nice Sauvignon Blanc to wash it down.

Prefer Chenin Blanc myself - you should try it

Sauvignon Blanc has too a fruity after taste.

Prefer French champers preferably out of a shoe!!!'

How was lunch Pete?

we had a lovely array of cheeses, cold cuts, breads, dried fruit and of course a couple of bottles of white to wash it all down.

especially loved the Jamon and Tuscan smoked chicken breast.

Great day at the yaucht club with one of my sons and two daughters beutiful weather and lovely simple food .

I found Abby's comment sad.
