Hi, i have been on low income hearth care card before my boy was born, after he was born, i have received maximum  rate of family tax benefit part A.

my HCC is nearly due and Centrelink sent me a renewal form.

but my 8 weeks income is 300 over the income limit, that means i wont be elegible for the card.  But i am should be elegible for the FTB A as i have some deduction can be claim when i file my tax, that makes my taxable income down enough to let me elegible for the FTB A.

My question is i am receiving the maxium rate of family tax benefit A, i can automatically receive a HCC, but they dont send me one but send me the renewal form.  Please tell me what can i do.
