I admire your pureness of thought, my dear thing.  Bit CRINGEWORTHY but alas, if you can see what is happening day after day by this corrupt, abjectly incompetent and most useless government this country has ever seen AND still think that these morons are running the show and got into government on merit.... what can I say.

If you ever come out of your fairyland, check out what Murdoch and his megacorp mates have done to the USA.... brought it to its knees with the greed, nepotism and corruption by and for the wealthy.  What is left is third world poverty, slums, public education and health that is a joke, racial riots, murder which is no longer a reportable thing (unless of the rich) - even monthly school shootings don't get headlines anymore, drugs that are totally out of control, (real) unemployment that is reaching the whole of Australia's population.... all good, yes???

You obviously don't read broadly.... there is a book by Julian Assange 'When Google Met WikiLeaks' which is an eye opener.  

There has been NO legal challenge to Julian Assange, which means that there are no statements that have been made which are legally out of order.  

It is a well known fact that both Google and Facebook have direct links and have had funding from CIA.  Google works together with the CIA in a big way, and other security agencies, to undertake huge projects and also works hand in hand to collect data whether legal or not.

This is NOT a theory or hypothetical, it is fact that is NOT disputed by Google, although they are rather 'shy' when in the public eye.  Hence, this issue or details are usually NOT addressed by mainstream corporate controlled media. 

Besides, how can someone who wears a tutu and twirls so magnificently, bother their delicate single focused brain on something so complicated and factual.

I am interested to know why the GREENS have disappointed.  I have recently read some of their policies and was surprised as I found them to be detailed and expansive.  Their focus on Australian economical policies was impressive, as I (wrongly) assumed they would be a one focus party (ie. environment).  Their policies appear fair with real relevance to the economy and a will to re-instal and maintain an egalitarian society.

The Greens airway and internet presence is lacking (mainstream corporate media and the ABC don't seem to keen to give them presence) but when they do appear they are easy to listen to. 

They don't seem to abuse the system as much AND appear to be the only ones wanting to do more to curtain excessive allowances and restrict parliamentary wage increases.

I don't know whether they JUST look good when placed next to the two mainstream parties or that they really are an alternative.

At the moment, I am simply surprised by the Greens and would like your feedback on why they disappoint..... okay I am curious and your opinion on most occasions is worth listening to.

THE ONLY PROBLEMS AUSTRALIA HAS, IS THAT CREATED BY THIS CURRENT CRIMINALLY INCOMPETENT AND CORRUPT GOVERNMENT......HENCE, the SOLUTION IS EASY, GET RID OF THIS GOVERNMENT.  

The previous govt during the previous GFC, put Australia's economy as number one in the world; gave us a triple AAA credit rating; one of the lowest govt. DEBTS in the world; currency included in international currency measurement; pollution controls starting to work with ordinary Australians not having to pay for it; amongst the world leaders in alternative energy; NEARLY got the best internet system in the world at a very, very low cost; and was one of the MOST egalitarian nation in the world.

You may not have liked the previous govt but most of this was due soley to the disgustingly bias media coverage by news corp.  Hence, most Australian's never even got to know ALL the above good things that the previous govt did.... as far as everyone knew, Australia did badly.... well, that is what we were told anyway!  I remember when NewsCorp didn't have anything disgusting they could smear Rudd with, so they ran an article about a fly in his hair and called him a nitwit or something like that and put it ON THE FRONT PAGE of the newspaper!!!  I have never seen such disgusting bias in our media, since Whitlam.  Whitlam terrified the USA with his egalitarian policies and obviously, so did Rudd... hence the big gun media interference with our mainstream media through the American Murdoch.

People on here who knock the Greens never provide adequate explanation as to why they don't like them. Just look at Abby's and Denzel's statements above. The constant bagging by some without any informed, constructive criticism appears to be nothing more than regurgitation of Murdoch LNP indoctrination.

Toxic Tony has intrduced politicians to a new era of deception and lies which is a pity as it could become the new norm.

HOW can you ascertain from policies that are sound and detailed, that they have an "underlying assumption..... [of not governing]"?  Their policies, are real and effective.... allowing any party to govern with authority and more importantly direction with the knowledge of economic outcomes inherent when policies are sufficiently detailed.

AFTER having that BUFFOON Abbott as a PM and his party of GREEDY MISFITS who are running amuck with no sound policies or directions.... the GREENS could do a BETTER JOB standing on their heads.
