Mariupol- The People's Story

Last Friday I watched a docoumentary on SBS about the taking of Mariupol by the Russians. It was the saddest film I have ever seen. These poor people were going about their business when the Russians opened fire with their great canons firing at hospitals, schools and people's homes and apartments. They didn't have a chance and there was mayhem everywhere. People were dead in the streets and little children had to witness these terrible scenes. People were so courageous telling their stories while huddleing in underground cellars with little to eat. They fired on a maternity hospital as a woman was giving birth and the soldiers were carrying her on a stretcher and she said she didn't want to live, the baby didn't survive either and she was buried with the baby lying on her chest. I cried during most of the film. And then I switched over to The World Pride Opening COncert to see everyone having a wail of a time with no cares at all. It doesn't seem right that there is all this mayhem in the World. Where  will it all end?????
