Thanks for the link PlanB. Good letter. "Zombie" is a perfect description of Abbott, along with Geo's "manchild". Ha ha, he is a manchild zombie, lurking in the shadows lusting for blood.

I liked the description of him "having more weird personality traits than a psychopath in a Stephen King novel"

and the video at the end is very worthwhile watching.

Yes I thought it was a good article and makes you wonder why the hell Turnbull called him a GREAT PM ?

The words Turnbull used to describe Toxic Tony Abbott when he was about to stab him in the back were vastly different that those used later as Toxic was dismissed.

Hard to believe it was the same person being described, but poor old Tone will go down as the worst PM in history and luckily for Australia his useless treasurer went also. Unfortunately the mess they created still exists as anyone who listened to the MYEFO would know.

Yep, Turnbull's affirmations of Abbott do not engender trust. I guess he is trying to assuage him by saying what he thinks Abbott wants to hear but does he get how hollow and hypocritical he sounds to the Oz public?

I think Turnbull is a vast improvement over Abbott and I would suspect that something major changed between when Turnbull made his first speech and when Abbott was formally "knifed". I think Turnbull was being magnanimous in the belief that Tony would take his dumping gracefully and leave quietly (Abbott did get his short, sharp warning the previous February).

Abbott has since demonstrated his vicious and vengeful nature and is now copping the criticism and derision he justly deserves. If I were Turnbull, Abbotts statements and actions since the dumping would remove any reservations I might have about criticising the man.

ANYONE would be an improvement on Abbott.

 

Abbott also promised that there would be NO sniping etc ,,, but this is just yet ANOTHER broken promise and he hasn't finished yet.
