It's been a weekend of miserable weather, and although the rain is nice (I love watching the rain from inside a warm room), the chilly winds and grey skies make it difficult to stay warm. This short video offers some ingenious ways to stay warm in winter, as well as some time-honoured hints for heating up.

What a great idea making up the door draught stopper. I bought 2 the other day for $7.99 each, 

while I could have made them up as per instructions, for free. 

Tip for keeping warm:   "Get a toy boy" ;)

Plenty of cuddles is a good way to keep warm.

Spring is such a lovely season to look forward to, and the birds are starting to stir already, and soon the blossom will be out - what joy.

Enjoying all the georgeous Wattle right now though., even though the cold is just too cold  this year is VERY cold.
