We are travelling to Canada and Alaska shortly, and have been told we cannot travel with a lithium battery powered scooter, which we recently purchased. My wife has another dry cell battery scooter, but it is more cumbersome. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to travel with the lithium battery? We are also going to China later this year and have been advised that they actually confiscate any lithium battery powered scooters. My travel agent cannot help re this.
