Typical Couple heading for retirement
We are have our own home morgage free heading for retirement.
We have no super but have a investment unit worth 500k net.
Should we sell the unit and get on the pension or rent the unit and get on a part pension.
Woul like to get some advice on this common situation.
My wife thinks we are better renting unit out and getting part pension. Thanks for any advice

You will only get a part Pension either way.The question is whether keeping as an Investment property or selling and investing the money, which gives the better return?
